Confidential

You've built more than you think.
You just need it organized.

You're 2–3 months into a mobile IV therapy business you built from scratch — LLC, medical director, protocols, nurses, a website, social presence, and a physical foothold inside Hidden Gym. You did that while working full-time OR hours starting at 6 AM. That's not nothing. That's actually a strong foundation most people spend 6 months trying to get to.

The problem isn't that you're doing things wrong. The problem is that the things that would move the needle — your funnel, your Hidden Gym relationship, your content — aren't connected to each other yet. Right now you have puzzle pieces. This proposal is about assembling them in the right order.

The Hidden Gym situation is your biggest asset right now. Greg has offered you his room on Saturdays, told you his peak hours (9–12), and said he'll post on his story on the days you're there. That is a warm, trusted audience of exactly the people who buy IV therapy — and it costs you nothing but execution. Everything we do first should plug into that engine.

🔴 Critical
No active funnel connecting traffic to a booking
Your Instagram has no clear call-to-action path. People land, look, and leave. The 10% off form on desktop doesn't even show on mobile — where most of your traffic is.
🔴 Critical
Instagram handle is filtering you out
Underscores and long compound names read as a bot account to most people and register as low-trust. A clean handle is a one-time fix with immediate credibility lift.
🟡 Important
Content is inconsistent and not educational
You already know the answer here — educational content converts better than promotional. You're batch-shooting today. The gap is a repeatable system to turn that content into a scheduled, cohesive grid.
🟡 Important
Medical director is a growth ceiling
He's great for where you are. But no Botox, no new nurses he doesn't know personally — that's a ceiling you'll hit quickly. Getting a warm intro to a more growth-aligned MD now means you're not scrambling later.
🔵 Horizon
Website needs a purpose, not a redesign
You don't need $3K of new website. You need the existing site to have a clear action, a text button, and a clean visual. A scalpel, not a sledgehammer.
🔵 Horizon
Email campaigns don't exist yet
The inquiries you are getting — 6 in month 1, a handful since — aren't being nurtured. That's a list sitting there going cold. Email is a month 2 priority, not month 1.

Fix the path. Then open the floodgates.

Most agencies sell you on reach and impressions. The actual problem is almost never awareness — it's friction. People find you, feel uncertain, and don't take the next step. We fix the path first, then we drive traffic down it.

The Hidden Gym Playbook — your 30-day proof of concept Greg has peak hours, a loyal base, and a willingness to post on your behalf. Before we touch ads or a website rebuild, we build a repeatable Saturday system around that room — and use it to generate your first real case studies, testimonials, and before/after content.
W1
Week 1 — Foundation
Clean handle. Clear funnel. One link in bio.
Rename Instagram to something clean and direct (e.g. @feelindrippy or @feelindrippy.iv). Build a single link-in-bio page with one primary action: Book your Saturday spot. Add a Google Voice text button to the website. Write two pinned posts — one that explains what IV therapy does in plain language, one that announces the Hidden Gym schedule.
W2
Week 2 — Content System
Build the batch-content engine.
Take the content you're shooting today and build a 4-week posting template around it: 2 educational reels, 1 client-facing post, 1 behind-the-scenes or personal post per week. Set up Preview or Later to schedule it. Establish 3 consistent brand colors and a content font so every post reads as cohesive without requiring design skills. Create a "this is how it works in 3 steps" post — something simple people can follow without analysis paralysis.
W3
Week 3 — Hidden Gym Activation
Turn Greg's audience into your first booked Saturdays.
Coordinate with Greg on his story post timing — match it to the 9–12 peak window the Friday before and the morning of. Build a simple graphic template he can repost that looks like a native gym post, not an ad. Create a Saturday-specific offer (e.g. members get a small loyalty discount or a freebie add-on for repeat visits). Collect at least 2 video testimonials on-site.
W4
Week 4 — Warm Leads & MD Intro
Nurture the list. Meet the doctor.
Set up a basic email sequence (3 emails) for anyone who has already filled out your 10% off form but hasn't booked. Email 1: personal note from Ashley. Email 2: education on the most popular drip. Email 3: a time-limited Saturday booking offer. Connect with the Irving MD contact — even a 20-minute call gets you a relationship and opens the door to expanding your service menu and nurse roster.
M2+
Month 2 Forward — Scale
Expand what's working. Add what's next.
Once the Saturday system is producing consistent bookings, use those testimonials and results to build a proper ad campaign. Explore adding a second gym location (Richardson or Dallas Hidden Gym). Begin Botox consultation with new MD if interest aligns. Build out a full email campaign sequence for new inquiries. Evaluate the two nurses who haven't bought supplies — make a decision.

Three ways in.
All built for where you are.

You got burned by Thrive paying $400 a month and getting nothing. So here's the difference: every option below has named deliverables, a direct line to me, and no mystery about where your money is going. Pick the level that matches your budget and your bandwidth right now — the door stays open to grow into the next one.

Talk About the Build

On budget: You were at $400/mo with Thrive and got nothing. Foundation at $750 is $350 more — and every dollar is accounted for. Growth at $1,500 is where the marketing actually runs without you having to manage it. The full build is the version where we construct the whole infrastructure from the ground up — the same model we've done for other clients in this space. No pressure on which one. Tell me what fits and we build from there.

Four things. Right now.

You don't need a perfect plan — you need the next right move. Here's what that looks like coming out of this conversation.

1
Fill out the business audit form
I'm sending it to you. Takes 10–15 minutes. Tell me what you're happy doing yourself and what you want off your plate. That's how I build the right scope — not a guess.
2
Text me your top 3 "I hate doing this" tasks
Not what you think you should outsource — what you actually dread. That's where the real friction lives, and that's where we start.
3
Expect a text from me with Dr. [Irving]'s contact
A warm intro to a functional MD who's been in this wellness space for a decade and leads with relationship over risk. At minimum, a good person in your corner.
4
Keep shooting content today
You said you're batch-shooting today — do it. The content you shoot is real leverage. We'll build the system around it once we're aligned, but don't wait on that to create.
🤝
This is relational, not transactional. This connection came through Greg and Steve — people I've known for years. That means something to how I show up. If a number on this page is the only thing in the way, we talk about it. Nothing here is take-it-or-leave-it. The goal is to find the right fit and actually help you build something.
